• Invoicing and Fees
  • Fees are based on the services requested and are non-cancellable and non-refundable except as specifically mentioned.
  • Payment must be made in full in the currency specified in the order confirmation.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

Billing Disputes:

• Disputes must be submitted within 1 month of the invoice date with evidence supporting the claim.
• Any undisputed amount remains payable, and investigations will be conducted to resolve the dispute.

Refunds & Cancellation:

• Refunds are not available for change-of-mind requests.
• Once an order is delivered, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
• Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be considered if quality issues are verified.
• No cancellations will be accepted for confirmed orders.
• We are not liable for rejection by journals for any reason, including plagiarism or formatting issues.

Intellectual Property

• All Content on this site, including design, text, graphics, software, audio, video, and HTML code, is the exclusive property of Scopus Journal Publishings.
• You may only use Content for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not modify or distribute it without prior written consent.
• Trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the site are our property.

Grievance Redressal

• We will respond within 14 days.
• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase with valid proof.
• Refunds apply only if the service has not been fully delivered.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Services fully executed as per agreement are non-refundable.
• Administrative or non-refundable charges stated in the agreement will not be reimbursed.

Refund Process:

• Submit purchase details and reasons to customer service.
• Review and notification within 7 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 120 days to the original payment method.
